Tiki Tuesday

Every Tuesday || 5pm – Midnight ||  Sonny’s Hideaway

This weekly event—where Hawaiian shirts are heartily encouraged—began back in June, when bar manager John Kelly O’Hare introduced a weekly list of six tropical cocktails and punches, paired with an island-inspired dish by chef Alexander Abdel-Monem—which might range from cured hamachi with Thai basil to pineapple pork rillettes with passion fruit mostarda.

Throrw on your best Tommy Bahama shirt and get down to Sonny’s Hideaway to bask in the island vibes.

Ganja Yoga: A Cannabis-infused Yoga Ritual

November 6 || 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm || Donation of $33 || Purple Lotus Massage and Wellness

Marisa integrates intention setting, yoga, movement, laughter, mantras, music, sound healing, and breathwork to create a space for both personal and community journey work, as well as sacred play.

Feel deeply as you access your truest self and connect powerfully with an extraordinary community with this uniquely guided practice. We come together to be enchanted by the magic of the cannabis plant.

Global Rhythm Fest

$25 || November 10 || 3 pm – 9 pm || Center for the Arts Eagle Rock
As a part of the highly acclaimed Eagle Rock Music Festival concert series, comes the Global Rhythm Fest on November 10. Curated by James Waterman, this event will explore sounds and movements of musical cultures from around the world.

Including in the day’s programming is a drumming workshop, an Afrofunk DanceFit workshop, and it will all be capped off with a special Rhythm Fest concert.

Arroyo Comedy Show

LA’s newest weekly comedy show located at the beautiful Arroyo Seco Golf Course every Sunday at 7pm. The show offers a comedy club experience without the hassle of going to the club. Airplane Mode Concert

Renowned DJ and prducer The Gaslamp Killer brings another installment of Highland Park’s premier beat scene showcase Airplane Mode to the Hi Hat.

This time around, LA based beat maker Iman Omari will be taking the stage, along with  Antman Wonder, Wyldeflower, and Oh Gosh Leotus.
