Join us at the Institute of Culinary Education to learn some of the secrets of this venerable cuisines as you make and enjoy: crostini with roasted eggplant, bistecca alla Fiorentina (grilled Porterhouse!), pollo alla toscana, cipolline agrodulce, Tuscan kale salad, and almond and anise biscotti.
