Techniques of Bread at the Institute of Culinary Education

In this three-session* course at the Institute of Culinary Education, you will explore a range of basic and specialty breads under the guidance of a professional chef-instructor.
Over the course, you’ll learn how to work with yeast, create doughs from various flours, and make quick breads, loaves, rolls, ethnic breads and sourdoughs. This course consists of three 4-hour classes.
