For those trying CrossFit for the first time, we understand that it can be intimidating. There are a lot of unfamiliar things; strange acronyms, whiteboards with names and numbers and workouts that are identified by womens’ names, just to name a few. And where the heck are all of the Nautilus weight machines? The Build-UP Series (Beginning Series) was created to address this issue and create a foundation on which to build our athletes’ futures in fitness.
Designed for energetic newcomers, the Build-UP Series shows you the ropes, introducing you to the fundamental movements, concepts and techniques of CrossFit in a supportive and encouraging environment. This series is your ramp up to the high-energy classes that are aimed at improving stamina, strength, power, agility, speed and overall health and fitness. This is the safest and surest way for anyone new to CrossFit to get started.
Our Build-UP Series consists of six classes, scheduled on Saturday at 10:30 am, Tuesday at 7:30 pm, and Thursday at 7:30 pm for two weeks, and you must start on Day 1. If those times don’t fit with your schedule, we also schedule private Build-UP training sessions.
Our Beginning CrossFit series consists of six classes over the course of two weeks.
