Cookbook Highland Park
With their original location in Echo Park by the same name, owners Marta Teegan and Robert Stelzner opened up this second location in Highland Park within a renovated storefront that’s twice as large as the flagship store. They focus on bringing shelves lined with sustainable goods at prices that are level with the care and effort it took to cultivate each item. An industrial kitchen that provides several house-made treats for your enjoyment is a notable addition to the new location.
Many of the same, top-quality products can be found at the new iteration of the store. Including sustainably raised meats, and the most ethically and holistically farmed produce in Southern California. Other items to highlight are line-caught fish, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, along with wild-fermented breads.
